PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-order items are products purchased before they are ready to ship. Pre-orders allow you to secure pieces from upcoming or limited PhuckPhriends releases before inventory becomes available.
Estimated production and shipping timeframes will be listed on the product page whenever possible. These dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Manufacturing, freight, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect the timeline.
If your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise stated.
Because pre-order merchandise is reserved or produced based on customer orders, pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled because of production or shipping delays within a reasonable timeframe.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an item that is not immediately available for shipment and agree to the estimated fulfillment timeframe displayed at the time of purchase.
If PhuckPhriends is unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be contacted and provided with an appropriate resolution, including a refund when applicable.
SHIPPING POLICY
All PhuckPhriends orders are processed with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for in-stock orders to be processed before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. PhuckPhriends is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
PhuckPhriends is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the limited nature of our collections, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and your order details before completing your purchase.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact PhuckPhriends within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Approved claims will be handled through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or have had tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by PhuckPhriends.
